No, you do not need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment for our cleaner. Renewed Radiance Cleaning, LLC brings all the necessary tools and eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure your home is thoroughly cleaned. However, if you have specific products or equipment you prefer us to use, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.


No, you do not need to be present during your cleaning service. Many of our clients are not home while we clean. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Entry Instructions: Please ensure that we have clear instructions on how to access your home. This can include leaving a key, providing access codes, or using a lockbox.
  • Pets: If you have pets, please make arrangements to secure them in a safe area to ensure they are comfortable and do not interfere with the cleaning process.
  • Special Instructions: If you have specific cleaning preferences or areas you want us to focus on, please let us know in advance.
  • Contact Information: Provide a phone number where you can be reached during the cleaning in case we need to contact you with any questions or issues.

Typically on average size homes for general maintenance cleans, we send one cleaner. For larger homes or more extensive cleaning tasks, we may send additional cleaners (2-3) to complete the job promptly and to our high standards.

*Be advised that for proper employee onboarding and training purposes, we may occasionally send additional cleaners with an experienced member of our speed cleaning training staff.*

Yes, all of Renewed Radiance Cleaning's cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind. Employees also undergo thorough background checks and screenings to ensure we are only hiring trustworthy individuals that will uphold the integrity and reputation of Renewed Radiance Cleaning, LLC.


At Renewed Radiance Cleaning, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction with every cleaning. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the service you received, we offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

  1. Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If you notice any areas that may have been overlooked or are unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. Provide us with details of the areas that need attention or what you found unsatisfactory.
  2. Next-Day Re-Do: We will send a cleaner out the next day to re-do the areas that were missed or did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to address any issues promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction.
  3. Convenient Timing: If the next day is not convenient for you, we will work with you to find a suitable time for the re-do cleaning that fits your schedule.

At Renewed Radiance Cleaning, LLC, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our residential cleaning services.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
  • Late Cancellation/Reschedule: If a cancellation or reschedule is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee..

Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation or reschedule is made with more than 24 hours' notice, any prepayments made will be refunded in full.
  • Ineligible Refunds: Prepayments will not be refunded for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a lockout.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency. We may, at our discretion, decrease the cancellation fee based on the situation.


Lockout Policy

  • Access Instructions: It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the home is provided. This includes leaving a key, providing access codes, or being present at the time of service.
  • Attempt to Contact: If our cleaner is unable to access the home at the scheduled time, we will attempt to contact the client immediately.
  • 15-Minute Wait Period: If we are unable to reach the client or gain access to the home within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the client will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to appear or provide access without prior notice, this will be considered a late cancellation, and the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.


At Renewed Radiance Cleaning, LLC, we focus on providing top-quality residential cleaning services. However, please note that we do not offer the following services:

  • Dishwashing and Laundry: We do not handle washing dishes or providing laundry services.
  • Mold Removal: We are not equipped to remove mold, as this requires specialized treatment and expertise.
  • Power Washing: We do not offer power washing services for exterior surfaces.
